Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing (before dispatch). Message us on Instagram DM/WhatsApp with your order ID.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• COD orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery may be blacklisted for future COD orders.

Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted only for: wrong item delivered, damaged/defective product, or significant size mismatch from the chart shown.
• Must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof (unedited, no cuts).
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging intact.
• No returns on: jewelry (hygiene reasons), altered/customized items, or sale/clearance items — mention this clearly at purchase.

Refunds

• Once approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund goes to original payment method; for COD orders, via UPI/bank transfer.

• Alternatively, offer store credit/coupon code as faster option (optional — encourages repeat buyers instead of cash out).

Non-Returnable Situations

• Wrong size ordered by customer (not matching our chart)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor color variation due to screen/lighting differences

Shipping/COD Note

• COD orders: refund only via bank transfer/UPI since no online payment was made.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
