Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD order placement.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
• During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take 2–4 business days due to high order volume.

Shipping Destinations

• We ship Pan-India, including remote areas of Himachal Pradesh.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India, subject to pincode serviceability.

Himachal Pradesh | 4–7 business days

Rest of North India | 5–8 business days

South & East India | 6–10 business days

Remote/Hilly Areas | 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions, especially in hilly areas of HP.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹ 999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹69 applies on orders below the free shipping threshold.
• COD orders may attract an additional COD handling fee of ₹49.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Instagram DM/WhatsApp/SMS.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

• Nisharika Edit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• We request customers to double-check their shipping address, pincode, and contact number before confirming the order.

Failed Delivery / RTO

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept COD, re-shipping charges will apply.
• We recommend keeping your phone reachable during the delivery window as couriers may call before delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery for us to process a replacement.
• In case of a lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
